Sloppy work and no accountability. The crew didn’t follow basic safety protocols—tools were left lying around, nails scattered in the driveway. My son stepped on one and had to get a tetanus shot. When I complained, they brushed it off like it was no big deal. Irresponsible and careless.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. We were constantly rescheduled, and when the job finally began, the workers were late every single day. They damaged our gutters, and when we asked for compensation, they ghosted us. Do not trust this company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Storm Guard Roofing of Austin completely ruined our roof replacement. They used cheap materials despite charging us premium prices, and the crew appeared untrained. Our roof now looks uneven and poorly done. Extremely disappointed.
