The worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. We were constantly rescheduled, and when the job finally began, the workers were late every single day. They damaged our gutters, and when we asked for compensation, they ghosted us. Do not trust this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Storm Guard Roofing of Austin completely ruined our roof replacement. They used cheap materials despite charging us premium prices, and the crew appeared untrained. Our roof now looks uneven and poorly done. Extremely disappointed.

This company gave us a low estimate to win the job, then added hidden fees halfway through. By the end, the cost was almost double. They prey on homeowners who don’t know better. Their shady tactics and lack of transparency were shocking. Never again.
