The agent my wife and I worked the closest with was Maxfield. He was always available for any question we had and walked us through the entire process. We experienced storm damage and his initial inspection proved we could have a decent case for our insurance company. He was present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect. We luckily had enough damage for a complete roof repair/installation. He was patient and provided us with the information our HOA needed before the work could begin.
