      Very good at communicating status and next steps via email and text. Got the work done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Work entailed replacing some rotted facia as well as repair squirrel damaged facia. While inspecting the facia, they found an additional problem involving some rotted roof decking. Awaiting a quote for that repair
