This roofing construction experience was very disappointing. The crew did not follow proper installation standards. Several tiles were misaligned. Noise and mess were left behind every day. The roof began to sag slightly in one corner. Attempts to contact them for fixes were ignored. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional. The final result looked unfinished. I regret choosing this service. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The overall quality of the roofing job was extremely poor. The team arrived late and seemed unprepared. They rushed through the installation process. Gaps were left in multiple sections of the roof. Water started seeping in after a light rain. Customer service offered no real help. Repairs were promised but never completed. The workmanship was far below expectations.
