    Took way to long and then did not deliver as agreed. Trampled my roses. Gave me the runaround and then made excuse after excuse. Now they won't return my calls.. I checked too late. They have a bad record at the State Contractors Complaint Board.l would definitely not recommend Bolt Well roofing company.

    Do not trust this company to install roofing units or lay new seals up to code. If you go with this company take every step to ensure the city inspects their work because they will try to avoid regulations to cut corners. And dont expect any timely response once he sees you’re actually inspecting their work after catching them. Prices are competitive because the quality is not.

    I tried contacting them to fix my dishwasher and range. I had an appointment set up and they called me the day before the appointment to cancel. I was told it wasn't worth fixing my appliances and that I need to replace them without even looking at them. All I needed was new hoses for my dishwasher (I couldn't find the right size hoses anywhere).

    Shockingly poor roofers! Metal roof on 7 years, we now have to replace the roof, the wood and walls all rotted from water damage due to the roof! There response the metal has a 40 year warranty, the metal is fine. They left metal vents on the roof un-sealed. Save yourself thousands in future repairs choose another roofer.

    Don't waste your time or your insurance money on this company, workmanship was a disgrace, put roof over a area that needed repair before laying roof. Brought to their attention to come out and see , they responded with a text to send someone out...that was April 12, No one has come out in mean time I had the problem fixed on my own despite having a 5 year workmanship warranty.
