Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, Joshua! We have called you several times but have been unable to get a response. The reason your skylight is crooked is not because we contracted out the work. Your skylight is mounted to pre-existing (crooked) framing. The reason your skylight leaked before is because it was improperly mounted to the framing to make it appear straight. In order to correct the leak and the appearance, we would have to re-frame the skylight mount which would also require repairing drywall inside of your home. We're more than happy to help with that project if that's something you're interested in. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to earn 5-star review from you.
