I just found out recently that the collar around the gas vent pipe had failed for many years, which led to roof leakage during the past rain storm last week. I tried to request repair servce to several roofing contractors and I was amazed by the astonishing speed of response and professional service of Storm Guard. Great job! Highly recommended!

They were super friendly and accommodating, and were able to get me on the calendar in just 2 days, but they contracted out their work and the leak is technically fixed but now my skylight is crooked .

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, Joshua! We have called you several times but have been unable to get a response. The reason your skylight is crooked is not because we contracted out the work. Your skylight is mounted to pre-existing (crooked) framing. The reason your skylight leaked before is because it was improperly mounted to the framing to make it appear straight. In order to correct the leak and the appearance, we would have to re-frame the skylight mount which would also require repairing drywall inside of your home.
