Storm Guard recommends an annual roof inspection because of all the hail and wind Colorado gets; it's just a good proactive maintenance item for such a large investment (your home's roof). They do not charge for this inspection, nor do they make you feel obligated to them. Crispin Bannerman came out and very professionally inspected my roof, took pictures and emailed them to me.
