We had what we thought was a leak in our vent in our main restroom. We had the roof redone a few months ago and they replaced the vent caps for us so I thought maybe it had something to do with that. Our cieling around the vent started to turn brown. So we called and Travis came to look at what may be causing the issue. Travis was super polite, listened to my concerns. Jacob came out twice to confirm the issue and took care of things immediately. He saw that we had light insulation in the attic and recommended a contractor to help us with that issue who was contacted and came along on the second visit to give us a quote. His GM accompanied him on the second visit as well and the issue was quickly verified with their drone and inside the attic inspection once the snow was off the roof. That’s going above and beyond!! They were great with their work. We had some issue but Gavin was always there to solve the problem. I recommend this company if your looking for place to get things done for you house. Overall the experience with storm guard was great!
