Got a new roof and gutters. Jacob Thomas our sales rep/project manager for the entire project is wonderful!!! He explained everything, answered every question, and texted updates. My only complaint is the foreman for the roof project didn’t bother to talk to me all day and left for a bit. When he came back for the final inspection it was dark and he took 20 seconds to go through it. Good experience starting with the sales manager Jeff Floit who was very accommodating to our situation. Then had an efficient crew with an excellent site supervisor Travis Speakman. They had to deal with multiple aged roofs. Will be using storm guard for upcoming remodels.
