He's VERY knowledgable about the Ohio Revised Codes and home insurance requirements. Jacob did an awesome job of keeping me informed of every step.             Excellent experience with Storm Gaurd. They dealt with insurance company directly, they did quality work and attentive to details. Our sale person is Gavin, he got lot of patience and explained everything in detail. All the staff I worked with are professional and helpful.
