Unlike other companies that pushed for a claim, Tim advised against it to save me from higher premiums. I truly appreciate his transparency and will call Storm Guard for any future roofing needs.
Contacted them to fix siding. After texting them, they said they would come out in 2 days. After 12 text message FROM THEM RESCHEDULING with me, I finally gave up. I can’t tell you if their workmanship is great, but it’s clear that their communication sucks.
Very happy. Jacob, who did the assessment, and Travis, who did the repairs, were both great. Will call again if we need more work done.
