Storm Guard exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We had wind damage on our roof and Gavin streamlined the entire process by communicating with our insurance to make sure it was covered. This summer, we had more wind damage to our siding, which he took take of for us as well. Top notch communication and didn’t pressure us on anything. We now have a new roof and new siding and it looks fantastic!
Storm Guard did an excellent job in repairing my roof. But I think what was more important was their commitment to customer service. There were several intangibles that normally don't get accounted for such as offering to do patch work on a small section of the roof that was damaged in a subsequent storm at no cost until they were able to repair the whole roof.
