Up front they were great in identifying that my smaller project could actually warrant an insurance claim; and they were right. Sales rep was great. The construction crew for the roof was great. However, other items like gutters, trim, and windows were 3rd party and they were clueless at communication for scheduling and scope. The problem lied with getting a contract (which they don't do, they just use the insurance documents). Any construction should have a written contract but that went nowher... Read more
