Mr. Torres I am sorry you feel discouraged. However, I want to share the facts of our investigation of your situation. The original roof replacement in question was completed for a long standing customer as one of their rental properties. We do not normally service the stated area but made an exception for this customer. In recent years it appears Mr. Torres purchased the property. Since the completion of the project the Warranty has expired and we have received many storms in the area. Mr. Torres himself agreed it is not a Warranty claim issue. As such we typically would not accept a call so far out of our service area however, we did share with Mr. Torres we would make an exception for him but our standard trip charge and repair fees would apply. As a High Integrity no hidden fees company, we were very transparent and upfront with our fees. These are our standard costs and fees and are very customary in the trade industry. Mr. Torres elected to try and identify a cheaper service. We understand this is well within his rights and had no issue with his decision. Again we are sorry Mr. Torres feels discouraged however, in an agreed non-warranty situation standard fees must be applied for our services.
