When I called for support, they told me they no longer service my area and quoted an outrageous trip fee, plus a minimum repair cost of $950 — clearly intended to discourage me. This tells me they don’t believe in or stand behind the quality of their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, long-term roofing solutions. Huge shoutout to Don and Marcus from Storm Guard of DuPage! They stopped by to do a free inspection on our roof, which is only about 5 months old, and pointed out some damage we had no idea was there. On top of that, they noticed the shingles might not even be the right kind and suggested we check in with our original contractor and insurance.
