I had a roof leak today (09/27/24). They came out and inspected the roof. The problem was that another vendor put a tarp on the roof and used finish nails to secure it. However, when the tarp was removed, they did not repair the nail holes. Even though Storm Guard was not at fault and even though I am 2 months past my 5 year warranty, they repaired it at no charge.
