Not only were they present for meeting with the adjuster, they walked around the house picking up nails and any remaining shingles upon completion of the job.             My homeowner's insurance company was concerned about some dark streaks on my roof. They recommended an inspection by Storm Guard. I called Storm Guard and a representative came by promptly and took the time to do a thorough inspection of the shingles, flashings, ridge vents, etc. Since the shingles were only 8 years old he found no problems and said it was likely algae stains on the shingle surfaces.
