I called yesterday and they scheduled me for first thing this morning! James came out promptly and immediately identified the leaking area in our roof. Two other roofers has missed this. He caulked the leaking site immediately and said it was such a small thing it would be no charge. Working with this company has been smooth and easy and I could not be more satisfied. I met with James from Stormguard to talk about replacing the roof, and was pleased that he showed up on time and prepared. He took time to get on the roof to assess the wear and damage, did not try to upsell -- in fact, he told me the gutters and downspouts were fine -- and stayed in touch in case I had questions.
