I recently purchased my home, and during the inspection there were 2 areas that they suggested I follow-up on (gutter and flashing around sky lights). The HOA president provided the name of the owner of Storm Guard (they had installed the roof) for my follow-up. I was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of this company who quickly discovered the source of a leak that another roofing company missed and fixed the problem; then caulked the entire area around the repair just to make sure it was completely watertight.
