            I've been impressed with all of the staff from Storm Guard - they were so responsive and made dealing with insurance so much easier than I thought it would be. They are a family owned franchise and clearly, enjoy working together as a team, which made it much more pleasant to work with each of them. They did an amazing job of prepping for the day of, even with a weather delay, and getting the entire roof replaced in ONE day!             Great customer service! Professional and on time. I worked with John Godkin directly on installing new roof to our house in Morrisville and he made the whole process extremely easy including insurance company communications and getting the project approved. I met with John on the same day I initially contacted them about replacing my roof. The hail/ wind damage to my old roof was not severe and he was upfront about that.
