Met with Ray Diamond who came out to take a look at our leaking dormer. He was very courteous and professional. He inspected the inside to see where the leak was showing up and then and went out to the roof to inspect the dormer. He gave his opinion on what the problem most likely is and how to mitigate the problem with occasional maintenance. He allowed us to come to our own conclusions on what we would want done.
