            We recently had water infiltration in the covered patio area of our home and we contacted Storm Guard Roofing of west Charlotte, North Carolina. Tim is the gentleman that scheduled the appointment and he was able to come out within a couple weeks to provide a free estimate alongside his technician Parker. They were both able to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided options to address the issue. One was a relatively inexpensive fix and a second one that was a bit more invasive and costly. ...             I contacted Storm Guard for a second opinion on my roof. They sent Brandon P. who came promptly and inspected our roof from the inside and outside. The other company only googled our square footage, sent a drone and gave us a quote. Brandon helped us figure out why we were having all these leaks. I appreciate how professional and timely he was.
