Isaac and his colleague were at my home 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time, which is awesome in itself since I am used to folks showing up several hours after the appointment time. But more importantly they thoroughly looked at my roof, fixed some minor nail and sealant issues, took clear pictures and told me at the end that my roof is in excellent condition and there is nothing to do at this point!
