            Courteous, Fast, Honest - Nobody wants to deal with roof leaks. Just hearing that I had a leak brought up fears of expensive repairs and crews climbing all over my roof for weeks. I had an HVAC company out checking my furnace as a part of our regular yearly maintenance when he called down to me and said, “Sir, You have a leak up here”.
