Mr. Nickens was at a neighbors house that needs a new roof and I told him I might need to schedule an appointment with him because I thought I might need one also. I had a place on my roof that didn't look right. He came right over with his ladder and fixed the spot and told me I was still about 5 years away from needing a roof.
