            I had an extremely unusual, kind, and professional contact with Storm Guard. The owner, Ryan, heard in my phone call my upset with the poor work done at my home by another company. He agreed to come to my home the next day. First, he clearly described the problem with the recent trim work that damaged significant siding.             I hired Storm Guard to inspect my roof and fix some issues that another roofing company messed up and didn’t warranty. They were extremely professional and communicative through the process and got my roof back in the shape it needed to be in after the original “fix”. I never felt oversold on anything and took their recommendations for flashing a few areas that needed it.             Great to work with! I had tight timelines to work with for some repair, and they were extremely communicative and conscientiousness with their commitments. Astrid was extremely helpful in getting the work coordinated and working with my requirements. Work came in on-time and ended up coming in under their (very reasonable) estimate.             Facebook...I’m picky when it comes to making a consumer recommendation! But here’s a good one from you! I’m recommending a local company for the excellent job they DID NOT do on my home/roof. I replaced my chimney and one of the stone contractors suggested I have a roofer come out and look at some sloping/sagging and soft decking problems.
