My new roof experience with storm guard
The good:
- Initial inspection was quick, thorough, and I didn't feel as though they were trying to sell me something I didn't need
- They were similarly priced to other contractors I got quotes from, and the new roof was on in just a couple weeks after signing
- The roofing crew did a really great job with the actual roofing and cleanup, and I'm VERY happy with my new roof so far

As far as the $100 off, we apologize if the message wasn't clear from us. We ask our customers if they would leave us a review and mention us on NextDoor, if they get the chance. And if they do, we offer a thank you for their time and effort as we know everyone is busy, but getting word of mouth out is very important to us small businesses. So we try and reimburse the customer for their time, no matter what they say or if it is a review, no matter the score. Again, I apologize if that was construed that way, we do not want to alter the review score, we just want to get mentioned to assist with word of mouth advertising.
With the reimbursement format, we did make a mistake in the office because the job was financed, we should have issued a check back as it can be a little challenging altering the finance amount. I think we got that fixed right away, but again, apologies as this should have been seamless for you. We will continue to work on our communication as we know this does affect the experience.
