Storm Guard has amazing customer service. Jamie and Luke have been responsive to all calls, texts, and emails. Luke was able to make time to come out the day after I initially contacted them and is working with our insurance company. Luke even made time to come back to meet with the insurance adjuster so they could work through everything.

Unfortunately with all the rain, we developed a small leak around one of our roof stacks. I asked Storm Guard to come out and look at it. The job was then going to replace the leaking rubber boot for the stack.But since I have two other stacks I wanted to replace them all. Fortunately they were able to come about 3 weeks later for the job. Luis and Brandon were the roofing technicians and Kyle was the project manager. They made very easy work of replacing all three.
