Even though Storm Guard was considerably more expensive in their quote (not Luke's fault), Luke left a positive impression with my wife and I.

Luke was able to make time to come out the day after I initially contacted them and is working with our insurance company. Luke even made time to come back to meet with the insurance adjuster so they could work through everything.
