They did a great job first of all in giving a detailed evaluation of the amount of damage to my roof with photos and drone pictures. Chris was very thorough in explaining our options and how the process would work. They then took the lead with our insurance company and ultimately got them to cover all the cost of total roof replacement that clearly needed to be done even when we had an adjuster that was unreasonable.
