I worked with Ben following a hail storm last year to have roof repairs made. While we weren’t able to get a new roof, that was no fault of Ben or Storm Guard. They worked back and forth with my insurance to get soft metal vents and my gutters replaced. All of the work done has been great and looks fantastic. They did a great job first of all in giving a detailed evaluation of the amount of damage to my roof with photos and drone pictures. Chris was very thorough in explaining our options and how the process would work. They then took the lead with our insurance company and ultimately got them to cover all the cost of total roof replacement that clearly needed to be done even when we had an adjuster that was unreasonable.
