They were so helpful! They were replacing our roof after hail damage. After the tear-off of our old shingles, our city inspector noted that we had 3/8 inch decking and the new city code requires 1/2 inch decking. This was a surprise that would cost over five thousand dollars, but storm guard reviewed our policy and determined that we were covered for changes in city codes. Storm Guard did a great job of replacing my roof & gutters. They knocked out the roof in one day and same with gutters. Both came out looking amazing, the gutters look custom and the quality of the roof is A+. Cari did a fantastic job of following up and keeping me informed through the whole process.
