I wanted my gutters replaced. The crew came out one time, completed maybe 85% of the work, but then took another two weeks to come back. After they said that the project was completed, I saw that at least one of the gutters was not connected to the drain tube- of which I have all around the house. The response is below...basically saying that they are not responsible for connecting the gutter to the tube. I don't understand how this can be the case- but this is the type of company you are...
