Our experience was overall frustrating, so the three stars is more representative of the quality of work we received. At the start, working with Ben to conduct our estimate for roof replacement and some interior repair was awesome. Ben was responsive, communicated quickly and clearly, and really advocated for us with our insurance. We loved working with Ben. We had storm damage to our roof, so the roof needed to be replaced. Ben fought hard and long with insurance to get at least partial coverage after they tried to not pay out anything. They fight with insurance so you don't have to, working diligently to get coverage for repairs. The roof was replaced and is in good shape. Even taking out of account the partial coverage by insurance, I was pleasantly surprised with the price for a new roof. Though it is not cheap to replace a roof obviously, ... Read more
