Our experience was overall frustrating, so the three stars is more representative of the quality of work we received. At the start, working with Ben to conduct our estimate for roof replacement and some interior repair was awesome. Ben was responsive, communicated quickly and clearly, and really advocated for us with our insurance. We loved working with Ben.
