This company promptly responds to calls and emails and has excellent customer service. Their follow through is good. Lee had a production manger on site daily. While their price was not the cheapest, I was most impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Was not disappointed.-they made the roofing process very easy.             Andrew handled everything that had to do with the insurance company. The roofing process was explained in a clear manner. My choices of quality were clear. He tried to make my life easier at a difficult time. Understanding the final billing with insurance company was confusing and I felt overly complicated, but we came to an understanding in a friendly manner.
