John came out and was first-rate all the way. Truly… no sales tactics, great communicator, just a good dude with what seems like a reputable company (in an industry where that’s not always the case). Confirmed I didn’t need to file a claim or anything, which is way better than pushing me to file one and having it denied. Great use of 15 minutes to make sure all was well after a storm.
John F. came out to check a potential leak and an overall roof evaluation. We got the best news- no work needed to be done! You can tell a good company when they actually don’t find anything to charge you for. Well definitely contact them when it’s time to replace the roof!
