            This roofing company promised expert craftsmanship. What I received was far from it. The workers seemed inexperienced. Several shingles blew off within a week. They left nails scattered on the driveway. Cleanup was almost nonexistent. My installation deadline was missed by two weeks. They charged extra without explanation. Customer service was rude. I regret choosing them.

            The roofing team looked unprepared from day one. Their tools were outdated and noisy. They damaged my gutter while removing shingles. No supervisor was present on site. The material quality was below what I paid for. They cut corners on waterproofing. My attic now has moisture spots. Calls for follow-up were ignored. Warranty claims were rejected.             I hired this roofing crew hoping for quality work. Instead, they showed up late every single day. Their measurements were inconsistent. Tiles were placed unevenly across the slope. They ignored basic safety guidelines. Debris was left around the yard. Communication was terrible throughout. They rushed the final installation. I now have leaks after the first rain.
