Very honest and fair assessment. They assessed that no roof replacement was needed as it was in great condition even though it was very old. The consultant "Nick" was on time. They were referred to me by a friend of mine who got their roof replaced. Their feedback was great and so I had hired them for my roof inspection to see if it needed replacement.
