In today's day and time, you can't have a nicer story. Lee came out to look at a broken downspout and another overflow issue. While the company handles much larger jobs, Lee was on time for the appointment and delivered an honest opinion. Turns out we only needed a small amount of work. He told us we actually did not need new gutters. Not only that, but he took some of his personal time to reattach my downspout and color match another issue that somebody else might repair.
