Lee hands down best roofer! Completely transparent, knowledgeable and straight forward. Lee does an amazing job educating along the way as well. If you go with anyone else it is a mistake.
Lee was super friendly. He looked in the attic and on the roof to see if there was active leaking. He saw none but placed collars on one of the pipes anyway.
