I just had a standing seam roof installed by Storm Guard Roofing. The roof looks fine. I gave them a 3star rating because we put a deposit down for a shingle roof but had to delay install for about a month. During that month I decided to do a standing seam and asked all roofers to rebid for this. Andy (Owner) threatened not to give us our deposit back. Retaining the deposit was necessary to order your materials and add you to our build schedule, ensuring fairness in our business operations. John from StormGuard has been very helpful. We had got our roof replaced couple of years back and recently had some issue with Fascia. I messaged him to check and he available to take a look. We had a leak in our roof that had caused damage to the inside on our ceiling, so we were a bit panicked that the damage could be extensive. Chris from StormGuard came out within a few days of our calls, making it a priority of his to help us out. Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed our issue and came up with a solution.
