I was pleased at how well Nick Wylie examined and pointed out some of the damaged areas around the roof's "dormer windows," and how he gave possible explanation of how some of the water damage occurred inside the house from the damaged areas on the roof. Estimates for the cost of repair was not given me. Areas under the false dormer window is not easily accessable.
