            Lee Hoagland did a great job coordinating with insurance company, taking ownership of any issues as they came up, and worked hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction. An onsite project manager or team lead would have helped to avoid a few items overlooked on the original work order, but any issues were subsequently addressed, thanks again to Lee.
