            John Fredriksen came to check what could be a roof leak. He climbed in the attic to check it out. He indicated the roof was not leaking and showed me photos to indicate all was dry. The leak was due to condensation from the HVAC, Air return, and humidity of the summer (I have noticed the stain in the bathroom roof the past 2 summers).             I just had a standing seam roof installed by Storm Guard Roofing. The roof looks fine. I gave them a 3star rating because we put a deposit down for a shingle roof but had to delay install for about a month. During that month I decided to do a standing seam and asked all roofers to rebid for this. Andy (Owner) threatened not to give us our deposit back.
