            I used Storm Guard of New Bern for replacement of windows and siding. The location was somewhat isolated going through 15 miles of a dirt road. It was not uncommon to see Kathy delivering materials. I did not have a question that she could not answer. Her efficiency, attention to detail, response time, customer service and follow through was top shelf! When the job was complete she made sure the work site, both in and outside was cleaned.             We had at least five roofing companies come out to give us an estimate. Kathy from Storm Guard of New Bern was by far the most thorough when inspecting the house. Right from the beginning we felt the most comfortable with Kathy and Storm Guard.             Kathy has been great. She’s been very responsive to all of our calls and texts. She was able to meet with the independent adjuster to go over their findings as well as share photos she was able to take in the attic.
