            Have a leak in a roof for a commercial building, asked for a estimate for the roof repair. Storm guard came out gave me an estimate, signed a contract, but the leak was never fixed. They stated that they came out a second time and the weather was bad and could not do anything. Called them back and was told we need a new roof, not a good way to do business especially when you call yourself experts in the field. They may be good for new roofs not but I'm not to sure about repairs for existing ... Read more

            We hired Storm Guard of New Bern in December 2024 to remove our old siding and install new. And to build an overhang over our side door. The agreement was for us to pay a percentage up front and the remaining final amount when they were finished and we are satisfied. Before they were finished Kathy Nicodemus ask for final payment and promised they would make sure we were satisfied, I trusted her to be true to her word.             We found Kevin and Kathy to be very personable, pleasant and easy to work with. They made us aware of and helped us get a $6,000 grant for our fortified roof which was installed on time and on budget. They also did a major renovation on our second floor. We hope to use StormGuard of New Bern again soon for a new deck.

            Everything went great-from making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to determine the problem and fix it on the spot. Kevin got out a ladder and climbed up on the roof to inspect it. I am very happy with my new roof and the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends
