During the actual work they found that things weren't as bad as we thought in some areas and they told me rather than just do extra work.             My experience with Russ Barber and the installation crew was exceptional. Russ was very personable and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy my windows and had plenty of time to make a decision regarding windows for the whole house or one level at a time. As for the installation crew they went over and above to provide professional work ethics. I would and will recommend Storm Guard to anyone whom asks for a reference.
