From start to finish with the initial visit from Russ of getting on the roof with the Insurance Adjuster who only wanted to replace a small area , Russ explained that he contacted the manufacturer of my old shingles, that we’re no longer being manufactured, as well as the house needed to be brought up to code, therefore he got us a full replacement of the roof.
